Synopsis: A well known, New York-based strategic marketing firm had built its business through the network of its founder and its reputation for very effective marketing. This work linked the strategic objectives of a client with the development and execution of effective marketing campaigns. Their major goal was to penetrate large consumer-oriented companies, a new area for them, but they were ill equipped to develop and nurture new relationships. We were called up on to develop these relationships and coach them through the follow-up and closing phases.
