Synopsis: The Private Equity practice of a boutique advisory firm had hit critical mass with its ability to grow beyond a well established sphere of influence with Private Equity firms.  The Managing Director of the practice approached Praxes Group with a threefold mission in mind: 1) Develop key relationships outside our client’s current spheres of influence while customizing a central database for capture and use of market Intelligence and managing long term relationships.     2) Work with the client team to convert these new relationships into a fresh stream of revenue for the firm. 3) Support the client team with long term Opportunity Management.
