Verna Lynch

Verna Lynch is a Director of Client Relations with the Praxes Group.  She is also Founder and President of Catalyst Development Strategies, Inc. which is based in Maine .  She has over 20 years’ experience as a management consultant and specializes in the planning, design and implementation of business growth initiatives, team-based programs and improvements, and strategic planning. As a research and design specialist, she works closely with clients in developing and implementing customized solutions to satisfy specific client needs. Verna has worked with all levels of organizations to successfully implement business growth, strategic planning, succession planning, organizational restructuring, leadership development, process improvement, and turnover reduction initiatives. She not only plans and implements the cultural and structural adjustments required to support change, but also conducts the training and development aspects vital to achieving organizational goals.
 

Whether working with upper management or with front-line workers, Verna brings high energy, exceptional speaking skills and a unique blend of consulting, academic and business experience to her consulting engagements, cultivating an environment for “outside the box” thinking and development.

Verna has a Bachelor’s degree and a Master’s degree in Speech.  She has served as a trainer and consultant for the nationally recognized University of South Carolina Daniel Management Center, as an international program planner and organizer for Women’s Programs at Clemson University ’s Office of Professional Development, and as an adjunct professor for the prestigious and renowned North Carolina State University School of Engineering’s Industrial Extension Service.
