John A. Gregoire


Mr. Gregoire is primarily responsible for the successful launch and implementation of client initiatives at Praxes Group. He was previously Managing Director at The Endurance Group where he was chief architect of the business model and had been responsible for running the day-today operations of the firm until late in 2005.  Since co-founding Praxes Group in 2006, he has been directly responsible for direct client engagements involving Executive Coaching, Sales Process Re-Design, Strategic Marketing and Firm Reorganization.  He has also been directly involved in several Salesforce.com implementation projects, including one of international scope.

John has over 27 years of sales, marketing and customer service experience working in the field and in a management capacity for Fortune 500 companies and startups. He has received national recognition for excellence in sales and customer satisfaction.

Mr. Gregoire has worked on sales process design projects for companies such as Allstate Insurance and was involved in the early development of their Sales Force Automation tool, which is now considered a Best in Class proprietary platform. He has consulted with numerous professional service and technology firms to develop and implement successful business development strategies, best practices as well as training and coaching programs.
 

Mr. Gregoire has presented and written on the topics of Sales, Marketing and Business Development and has been quoted in publications such as Entrepreneur, Inc. and Selling Power magazines as well as The Boston Globe.
