Our process begins with the application of a DISC Assessment which is focused on understanding two key dimensions:

 

  1. Performance Style™: Understanding an individual’s performance style helps predict “how” they will consistently act and react. An individual’s preferred style may affect their performance in one role vs. another.

  2. Business Ambitions™: An individual's ambitions will identify their drivers, their often unspoken measures of success.  Knowing these, organizations can tailor rewards, incentive programs and compensation plans once they understand an individual’s ambitions.

Once completed, we provide both the "raw" test data and a written analysis to Senior Managment and the individual(s) involved.  Our analysis will also include recommendations for action steps based on the original goal of the project.  In cases where we are assessing a team, we will also provide a comparitive analysis of individuals as they relate to each other - and even to their management team. This information is often extremely helpful in identifying gaps in key functional areas and can be used to tailor future Porfessional Development activities.
